摘要
针对透明件透光度、雾度检测的要求,提出了一种检测系统总体方案;对光学检测机构、工件运动台的结构与工作原理进行了详细的设计和分析;对机架进行了结构设计;对机械运动机构做了方案比较,采用液压传动作为工作台的升降运动,保证了运动的平稳性,并通过设计计算,确定液压元件的参数;该设备很好的满足了透明件透光度和雾度检测的需要。
Firstly,A overall program of detection system has been contraposed by the detecting request of the translucent sample ,s translucent and haze ,advanced. Secondly, detailedly analyses the frame design and the working theory of the optical detection agencies and the work piece locomotion part. we also analyzed the configuration of the framework. A t last, we compared many kinds of normal mechanical driving methods, and decided the type of the hydraulic works as the movements campaign of the workbench. Ensuring the smooth of movement By doing some calculate, we have decided the parameter of the hydraulic components. The design of the detecting system truly well satisfies the translucent and haze of translucent sample ,s detecting request.
