摘要
采用Fluent软件的标准模型对高压除磷喷嘴外部气液两相压声速湍流流场进行三维建模和数值模拟,分析了射流离开喷嘴进入到空气中的压力场和速度场的分布规律:喷嘴的出口速度和系统压力成正比,与喷射距离成反比;喷嘴的喷射打击压力与喷嘴的喷射速度和系统压力成正比,与喷嘴的喷射距离成反比;通过仿真预测出最佳靶距并进行试验验证,为喷嘴的合理安装和提高除鳞效果提供了有力的参考依据。
It built 3-D model of the jet field of external gas-liquid two-phase hypersonic turbulent in the high-pressure nozzle for phosphorus and simulated by Fluent software model. And analyze the distribution rule between pressure field and velocity field. The outlet velocity of nozzle is proportional with system's pressure and inverse with spray distance. The combat force of nozzle is proportional with spray velocity or system's pressure and inverse with spray distance. It predicted the best target distance through the simulation and proved by experiment. It provided a believable reference for the reasonable installation and application effect of the nozzle.
