摘要
具体分析工艺电参数、加工工艺路线、电极丝的变形和低频振动以及机床本身的制造安装误差对高速往复走丝线切割加工精度和表面质量的影响,针对性地提出了具体有效的解决措施。
Main factors affecting machining precision and surface quality in high-speed reciprocating wire electrical discharge machining were analyzed from the aspect of electrical parameters ,machining technological line,deform and low frequency vibration of molybdenum wire ,machine tools' manufacture and assemblage precision. And concrete and effective measures to improve rnachining precision and surface quality were proposed.
