摘要
研究区域经济，首先要明确区域经济赖以存在的逻辑基础，即资源的稀缺性、人类经济活动的时空有限性和生产要素在空间上的非完全充分流动性。从这一逻辑推演，区域经济学是一门多学科交叉的边缘学科。
Regional Economics derives from the practicing of regional economic planning both in capitalist and socialist countries. In the research on regional economics, we must make it clear at first that it's the scarity of economic resources, the limitation of human being's economic activity, and the nonabsolute liguidity of producting factors consist the logic basis on which regional economic lies. From this point we can view regional economics as a frontier science aiming at proting into the general law of regional economic growth and formulating related policies to harmonize regional different in process of economic growth.
