摘要
机床数控化改造可大大提高设备的自动化能力和生产率水平,满足企业对生产设备更高的要求。文章介绍了XK5040机床数控化改造技术,包括机床数控化改造方案优化选择、进给传动系统,主传动系统,选择合适计算机数控系统、对机床关键部件参数设计计算、机床结构的设计、安装及机电联合调试等。改造后加工精度和生产率有较大提高,改造取得成功,为提高企业数控化率提供了一条切实可行的途径。
The numerically retrofitting of machine tool may greatly enhance automatic capability and productivity level of equipments and fulfill the higher requirements of enterprises on equipments. This paper described the numerically retrofitting technology on CK5040 machine tool, including the optimization of the retrofitting scheme, feed transmission system, reform of main transmission, choose an appropriate computerized numerical control system, the computation of parameters of the key components, the design of machine tool structure, and module type mechanical and electrical union debugging, as well as matters needing attention of reform in detail, etc. Processing precision and productivity are greatly increased, which demon- strates the success of transformation. Meantime, it provides a feasible way for enterprises to enhance rate of NC.
