人羊膜间充质细胞的生物学特征研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 人羊膜位于胎膜的最内层,由人羊膜间充质细胞(hAMCs)和人羊膜上皮细胞(hAECs)组成,hAMCs来源于原条的胚外中胚层,而hAECs来源于胚胎外胚层.越来越多的研究证实,hAMCs和hAECs具有干细胞的特征.文中对hAMCs的生物学研究进展进行综述,主要内容包括羊膜及羊膜细胞的结构和功能、hAMCs的增殖活性、多分化潜能及其免疫学特点.
