摘要
建筑行业劳动密集型和管理密集型的特点以及施工的项目管理,使建筑企业人力资源的配置处于动态变化中,人力资源管理成为建筑企业经营管理的重点和难点.通过对建筑企业人力资源绩效评价的特点、作用及影响因素的分析,构建了一个适应建筑企业特点的人力资源绩效评价体系.
The construction enterprise's characteristic of the labor and management -intensive as well as construction project management causes its human resources disposition in the condition of dynamic change, which becomes the key point and the difficulty of the management and operation in the construction enterprise. Through the analysis of the features of the performance appraisal, funnctions and related elements, a performance appraisal system of human resources in construction enterprise is set up.
