摘要
本文在简要分析了跨导运算放大器基本原理的基础上,着重对基于跨导运算技术的可编程模拟器件中的编程模拟电路核心单元(PAC块)进行了分析,详细讨论了编程实现信号放大器、衰减器、跨导滤波器和跨导积分器等各种常用功能电路的原理,并总结了基于跨导运算技术的可编程模拟器件所具有的特点,可为合理选用可编程模拟器件提供参考。
Based on the brief analyzing the principle of operational transconductance amplifier, this paper emphasizes on the particular analyzing of the theory of all sorts of circuit functions which is realized by the programming of programmable analog devices based on the operational transconductance amplifier, and points out the characteristics of this kind of programmable analog device, and this paper can offer a reference to the choose and use of programmable analog devices.
