HPLC法测定桔香祛暑和胃茶中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin in Jiexiang-Qushu-Hewei tea by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定桔香祛暑和胃茶中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱Kromasil5μ100A C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(21:79);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:284nm;柱温:室温。结果本法精密度高,稳定性好,橙皮苷在0.11～1.11μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好。(r=0.99990,n=7),平均回收率98.95%,RSD=1.1%(n=9)。结论本法快速,简便,准确,重复性好,可作为该丸剂的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method using HPLC for determination of the content of hesperidin in Jiexiang-Qushu-Hewei tea.METHODS The analytical column was kromasil 5μ 100A C18 and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2 % phosphoric acid （21：79） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1, The detection wavelength was 284nm and the column temperature was at room temperature. RESULTS In the scope of 0.11-1.11μg·mL^-1, the contents of hesperidin had good linear relationship with their peak area （r = 0.99990, n = 7）. The average recoveries were 98.95 %, RSD = 1.1% （n = 9）. CONCLUSION The results showed that the method was rapid, simple, excellent precision, and could be used as the quality control of Jiexiang-Qushu-Hewei tea.
