进口和国产泮托拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡并出血的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis of pantoprazole from abroad and domestic in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的比较国产泮托拉唑钠与进口泮托拉唑钠的治疗消化性溃疡并上消化道出血的成本与效果。方法将116例消化性溃疡并出血患者随机分成A、B两组,A组给予国产注射用泮托拉唑钠40mg静脉滴注,每日2次;B组给予进口注射用泮托拉唑钠40mg静脉滴注,每日2次;疗程均为5d,观察两组的疗效,并进行成本效果分析。结果A、B两组的止血总有效率分别为96.55%和98.28%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);A、B两组的成本分别为421.00元和1464.00元,成本效果比分别为4.36和14.90。结论国产注射用泮托拉唑钠是治疗消化性溃疡并上消化道出血的较佳方案。

OBJECTIVE To compare the cost-effectiveness of pantoprazole from abroad and domestic in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. METHOD 116 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into 2 groups （A and B）. A group were given 40mg domestic pantoprazole bid, B group were given 40mg pantoprazole from abroad bid by intravenous drip for 5 days. RESULTS At the end of the treatment, the effective rate in two groups were 96.55 % and 98.28 % respectively. The rate in the two groups had no significant different （ P 〉0.05）, but the costs were 421.00 yuan in the A group and 1464.00 yuan in the B group. The cost-effec tiveness was 4.36 and 14.90 respectively.CONCLUSION The domestic pantoprazole was better choice for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
