NF-κB和p16在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌中NF-κB、p16的表达,探讨它们之间相关性及临床意义。方法应用S-P法检测60例乳腺癌中和60例相应正常组NF-κB、p16的表达。结果正常乳腺组织中NF-κB、p16的阳性表达率为36.67%和80.00%,乳腺癌组织中NF-κB、p16阳性表达率为65.00%和55.55%(P<0.05)。NF-κB、p16表达强度与肿瘤组织学分型、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与肿瘤患者年龄、肿块大小无相关性(P>0.05)。NF-κB和p16在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关关系(γ=0.268,P<0.05)。结论提示乳腺癌中NF-κB和p16的表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展及转移有关。 Objective To explore the expression and relation of NF-κB and p16 in carcinogenesis and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemieal methods were used to detect the expression of NF-κB and p16 in 60 eases of breast carcinoma tissue and 60 cases of normal lacteal gland tissue respectively. Results The positive rate of NF-κB, p16 were 36.67% and 80.00% in normal lacteal gland tissue ,65.00% and 55.55% in breast carcinoma tissue respectively, having statistical significance. (P 〈 0. 05). The positive rate of NF-κB and p16 expression were significant deviation in lymph node metastasis and grading of histology (P 〈0.05). The positive expression rate of NF-κB and p16 were not significant deviation in age and the magnitude of tumor. In addition, NF-κB and p16 had negative expressive correlation ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The development and occurrence of the breast carcinoma may be closely related to the expression of NF-κB and p16.
