摘要
目的探讨PICC(外周中心静脉置管)在肿瘤化疗中的应用和护理,以减轻肿瘤患者因化疗和反复穿刺带来的痛苦。方法对28例肿瘤化疗患者采用外周中心置管,并对其观察和护理。结果28例患者置管成功,并且27人顺利完成化疗周期。结论PICC能保护血管、减轻痛苦、提高护士工作效率和治疗,因此在临床上具有很高的应用价值。
Objective To study the application and nursing of PICC （peripherally inserted central venous catheter） for patients with cancer and receiving chemotherapy so to relieve the pain brought in chemetherapy. Methods 28 patients with cancer were closely observed, who received PICCS, and were got careful nursing during the one year period （from April 2007 to May 2008）. Results Out of the 28 PICCs were inserted,and 27 patients sucessfully completed the chemotherapy. Conclusions PICC can protect blood vessels and relieve the pain from repeated injections, and it can also improve the nurse＇ s work efficiency. So PICC is worth using in clinical practice.
