护理不安全因素现状分析与防范对策

Analyzing the Current Situation of Insecurity Factors of Nursing and Its Countermeasures

目的:了解临床护理不安全因素现状,进一步发现问题,探讨防范对策。方法:对我院101名护理人员进行问卷调查,包括安全护理教育规章制度知晓现状,临床护理中主要存在的不安全因素等。结果:被调查者对护理不安全因素认知情况在学历、职称、工作年限、工作性质方面存在差异。临床中主要存在的不安全因素有理论知识欠缺、法律观念淡薄、业务素质不高,护患沟通不良。结论:消除不安全因素,切实做到为患者提供放心、满意的优质护理服务。

Objective： To study the current situation of insecurity factors of nursing and explore its cases of nurses were surveyed with a questionnaire, which included the cognition of safety rules and regulations of nursing education, and the main insecurity factors of nursing. Results： There had different cognition of insecurity factors of nursing among different qualifications, professional fide, work experience and nature of work. The main insecurity factors include poor theoretical knowledge, legal idea, professional quality and communication between nurses and patients.Conclusion： Insecurity factors of nursing should he eliminated to provide safe and satisfying nursing for patients.
