摘要 根据目前国内大直径瓦斯井施工情况,选用张家口探矿机械厂生产的SPS-2600型钻机,两台BW-1200A型泥浆泵并联正循环工艺进行分级扩钻成孔。为保证钻孔垂直度,采用Φ311mm满眼钻进前导孔,在Φ760mm和Φ1000mm两级扩孔中,利用在扩孔钻头前加设上一级直径的钻头作为超前导向防斜。运用漂浮法安放井管,在井管内通过逆止阀进行壁后充填水泥浆固井止水。经检查,该孔的垂直度控制在1.5‰以内,巷道掘进到井管位置处,没有地下水漏入巷道和井管内,各项质量标准满足设计要求。 According to large diameter gas well construction status quo, SPS-2600 type drilling rig produced by the Zhangjiakou Exploration Machinery Co. Ltd., two BW-1200A mud pumps parallel connected normal circulation technology are used to carry out grading reaming completion. To ensure borehole perpendicularity, the Φ31 lmm packed pilot hole drilling has been carried out, during Φ760mm and Φ1000mm two grades reaming, adding an original diameter bit on the reaming bit as guiding to prevent deviation. Apply floating method to set well casing, through cut-off valve in casing carry out back wall cementing sealing. According to inspecting, perpendicularity of the well is within 1.5%v, when roadway is driven to the casing, no groundwater leaking into roadway and casing have found, every quality standard satisfy design specification.
