我国煤矿安全现状的思考

Thinking on Domestic Coal Mine Safety Situation

结合当前煤矿安全的现状,运用系统理论,从自然条件、企业安全投入、从业人员素质和安全监管等方面分析了事故频发的原因,并提出了解决当前煤矿安全事故频发的对策和建议:优化煤炭产业结构,建立规范的安全生产秩序,重点抓好瓦斯治理,加强安全文化建设,加大安全投入,提升安全生产水平。

Safety accidents happens frequently in coal mine. Based on system theory,reasons were analyzed from following several aspects such as natural conditions,safety investment,staffs quality, safety supervision and so on. In order to reduce coal mine safety accidents, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward which included optimizing industrial structure, building canonical producing order, putting emphases on controlling gas, strengthening the construction of safety culture, putting more investment into safety production.
