精神科住院老年患者生活质量研究

Study on quality of life of elderly inpatients in mental hospital

目的对精神科住院老年患者进行调查,并研究其生活质量及其相关因素。方法采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对年龄≥65岁的78例住院患者进行问卷调查,对照组为80例正常老年人。结果住院老年患者的生活质量8个维度分值均显著低于正常对照组,社会支持总分及利用度因子分有明显下降。相关分析显示,患者的生活质量与社会支持总分、支持利用度及文化程度呈显著正相关,与病程及住院次数呈显著负相关。结论精神科住院老年患者生活质量明显下降,其相关因素为进一步实施干预提供依据。

Objective To investigate the quality of life and its correlated factors of elderly inpatients in mental hospital. Methods 78 inpatients and 80 normal controls aged 65 or over were assessed with the short - form questionnaire（ SF - 36） and social support rating scale（SSRS）. Results The quality of life of elderly inpatients was much lower than that of the normal controls, which could be shown from the decreased scores of 8 related aspects in the investigating group. They had lower score than the control group in total score and availability score of SSRS;Correlation analysis demonstrated the quality of life was found to bear close relationship with several factors,in which the positive correlation existed with the total score and availability score of SSRS and the level of education, and the negative correlation appeared between the quality of life with both the duration of disease and the occurrence of hospitalization. Conclusion There is a significandy decreased in quality of life of elderly inpatients,its correlated factors may provide strategies for interventions.
