摘要
伴随人力资源管理体系的变革,应用信息技术进行人力资源管理是发展的必然趋势。从现行机关事业单位人力资源管理体系现状与信息技术应用现状的分析出发,探讨人力资源管理信息化面临的问题,并以黑龙江省人事人才信息化工程为例,从信息系统建设工作的角度提出几点思考。
With the change of human resource management system, application of information technology is inevitable. This paper discusses the problems faced by informationization of human resource management, based on current status of human resource management system and application of information technology in government organizations and institutions. And taking informationization engineering of Heilongjiang personal information as an example, some perspectives of information system construction are proposed.
