摘要 富钾板岩的主要成分为钾长石(KAlSi3O8)和白云母(K2O.3Al2O3.6SiO2.2H2O),是一种非水溶性的钾、铝、硅资源。以富钾板岩为原料,经过对其进行粉碎、配料、制粒、焙烧,熟料的浸取、分离、碳酸化分解和碳酸钾的提纯、氢氧化铝、拟薄水铝石的制取,以及利用赤泥(废渣)制备硅肥等试验研究,提出了利用富钾板岩提取碳酸钾、氢氧化铝、拟薄水铝石和硅肥的完整工艺流程。经过大量试验,证实了用石灰烧结法处理富钾板岩生产钾铝产品的工艺是可行的。 The main elements of potassium slate include potassium feldspar and muscovite, which are not wate - soluble potassium, alurninium and silicon resources. Potassium slate as raw material is crushed, proportioned, palletized, calcined, separated, carbonized, purified, to get aluminium hydroxide and pseudo diaspore ad well as to get silica ferilizer with red nud. After a lot of tests, it proves that it is feasible to produce potassium and aluminium products with potassium slate by lime sintering process.
