摘要
结合中国铝业山东分公司第二氧化铝厂10余年的探索和实践,用烧结法消化拜耳法赤泥,从而降低拜耳法赤泥外排量、稀释液旋流分级除砂、稀释液分级沉降槽底流除砂、赤泥磁选铁矿砂、三水铝石矿洗矿试验、两段溶出新工艺的设想,以及拜耳法赤泥加石灰强化脱碱等多方面展开综合论证,总结并提出了氧化铝行业实现赤泥减排切实有效的多种途径。
Based on over ten years of exploration and pactices in alumina refinery, the author summarizes and puts forward several approaches for reduc ing the discharging of red mud in alumina refinery. The aspects the author thought out are reducing the discharging of red mud by utilizing red mud from Bayer process in Sintering process, de - sanding by dilute solution cyclone classification, de - sanding by thickener underflow dilute solution classification, de - sanding from red mud by magnetic separation, gibbsite washing test, two sections of digestion process and adding lime into red mud in Bayer process to get rid of soda.
