摘要
针对4 M3挖掘机传动轴的断裂,运用多种检测手段对传动轴的断口形貌、金相组织和化学成分等进行分析。结果表明,齿部存在严重的表面缺陷,该轴组织状态不佳,材料的韧塑性是传动轴断裂的主要原因。
Fracture surface, microstructure and chemical composition of a failed drive shaft of a 4 M3 excavating machine were analyzed by means of metallographic and fracture observation and chemical analysis. The results show that the rough surface of the shaft gears and the low ductility due to its abnormal microstructure are the main reasons for fracture.
