摘要
文章对桃花红素的提取工艺进行了研究,通过一系列的对比实验,得出了用乙醇溶剂提取桃花红素的最优工艺条件是:提取剂浓度75%、提取温度38℃、提取时间2 h、固液比为1︰50、提取次数为两次、提取环境偏酸性。
The extraction process of the red-peach blossom pigment was studied in the paper. Through a series of comparative experiments, the best extraction conditions of peach blossom red pigment using of ethanol solvent has been found： the extract ant was of 75 percent concentration, extraction temperature was 38℃, the extraction time was 2 h, the feed compares the liquid was 1 ： 50, the extraction times was 2 h and the extraction environment was partial acid.
