过磷酸钙干湿法结合的生产工艺

Technology of SSP Production by Combining Dry and Wet Process

针对用浏阳磷矿生产过磷酸钙存在的问题,结合干法生产和湿法生产的特点,采用干、湿法结合的生产工艺,对混合器进行改造,阐述了改造中的技术要点。改造后的成品肥外观物性大为改善,消除了成品肥结块、成团、硬度大的问题,降低了破碎、筛分的工作量,技术和经济优势明显,并指出了生产中尚存在的问题。

In view of the problems in manufacture of SSP with Liuyang phosphorite, combining the characteristic of dry--process production and wet-process production, the technology of SSP production was introduced, by altering the mixer, and the technologic point was expounded on alteration, which improving the appeareance and character of SSP after the mixer alteration, eliminating the problems on agglomeration, caking and rigidity of SSP, reducing the workload of fragmentation and sifting. The problems existing in production were point outed.
