摘要 清洁生产是目前公认的工业污染控制最佳途径,在环境影响评价中纳入清洁生产概念,设置专题章节对建设项目进行清洁生产分析,有利于清洁生产的有效推行和提高建设项目的环境可靠性。文章通过对醋酸项目清洁生产评价实例分析,阐述了化工项目清洁生产评价的编写内容及贯彻情况,对现阶段清洁生产评价工作中遇到的问题进行了分析,并提出进一步完善清洁生产评价的建议。 Cleaner production was the best way to control the industrial pollution, which had been accepted widely. It was advantageous to promote the cleaner production and enhance the reliability of construction project for the concept of cleaner production was contained in the environment impact assessment and the cleaner production being analyzed in the specified chapters. In the paper, the content and the situation of execution of the cleaner production of chemical engineering project was described and analyzed in detail through the instance of the acetic acid project. Furthermore, problems encountered so far in cleaner production assessment were analyzed and farther methods to improve the assessment of cleaner production were proposed.
