摘要
设计了一种信息化的社区无线医疗监测系统终端设备,用于对社区内需长期监护人群的生理信息监测。该终端以PXA270为核心,使用嵌入式Linux操作系统和MiniGUI图形界面,通过Zig- Bee协议实现无线数据传输。设计了生理参数阈值预测算法和自适应时域运动干扰信号识别算法,采取生理参数自动判断与病人手动输入想结合的报警方式。通过168组测量信号进行干扰识别实验,正确率达到97.6%,采用屏气试验来模拟呼吸功能障碍病人病发时的血氧饱和度变化情况,初步实验表明,该设备可以实现生理信息的监测、分析、传输、存储和预警。
In this paper an information-based terminal equipment for community wireless medical monitoring system is designed, which is used to monitor physiological information of people who need long-term care. The terminal uses PXA270 as its core and uses embedded Linux operating system and graphical interface MiniGUI to realize wireless data transmission through ZigBee protocol. It designed physiological parameters threshold prediction algorithm and adaptive time-domain motion artifact identify algorithm, and adopted alarming through combination of physiological parameters automatical judgment and patients manual warning. Through the motion artifact identify experiment of 168 groups of signal, the correct rate reaches 97.6%. We used Breath-holding test to simulate the breath of patients with respiratory dysfunction disease having blood oxygen saturation changes. The preliminary results show that the equipment can achieve physiological information monitoring, analyzing, transport, storage and early warning.
