探讨了利用涤纶设备开发着色锦纶FDY的生产技术。通过设备改造、母粒干燥,组件砂配比,纺丝温度,集束上油,侧吹风,卷绕,蒸汽定型等工艺条件调整可获得品质优异的着色锦纶FDY。

The production technology that development of tinting nylon FDY by using the PET fiber equipment was discussed. Through equipment modification, by adjusting the process conditions such as masterbatch drying, spinning pack sand ratio, spinning temperature, collection and oiling, cross air blow, winding and steam setting, superior quality tinting nylon FDY can be obtained.
