利用紧张热定型出口温度控制涤纶短纤维生产

Use the outlet temperature of tension heat setting to control the production of polyester staple

在生产工艺条件一定时,通过调节紧张热定型各区蒸汽压力改变紧张热定型出口温度,并对由此产生的产品品质和装置能耗变化情况进行跟踪、讨论,指出控制紧张热定型出口温度有利于控制涤纶短纤维生产。

When the production conditions has been determined, through regulation the steam pressure of tension heat setting each region, the outlet temperature of tension heat setting was changed. The product quality and the plant energy consumption changed situation caused by the change of tension heat setting outlet temperature was tracked and disscussed. It is pointed out that to control the outlet temperature of tension heat setting is benefit for controling the production of polyester staple.
