通过对旋转阀工作原理及常见问题的分析,找到了旋转阀故障的原因为液压罐和四通电磁阀内漏,导致驱动力不足。提出了相应的解决方法,保障了旋转阀的平稳运行。

Through the analysis of rotation valve working principle and common problems, the reasons for the rotation valve fault were found out. The reasons were the driving force deficiency caused by the inner leakage of hydraulic cylinder and four-way electromagnetic valve. The corresponding solve methods were put forward. Steady running of the rotation valve was guranteed.
