摘要
在国际金融危机持续恶化对中国经济金融产生明显影响的背景下,有效的提升央行的区域金融风险监测水平,对经济安全运行和金融稳定具有重要意义。文章首先分析了央行的区域金融风险监测体系,其次对其存在的问题与原因进行了探讨,最后对于如何完善区域金融风险监测体系提出有关对策建议。
In the background of continued deterioration of the international financial crisis on China＇s economic and financial system,it is necessary to upgrade effectively the level of Pbc＇s regional financial monitoring,which means great important to the safe operation of the economy and financial stability. In this paper,we firstly analysis the Pbc＇s regional financial monitoring system ,then discuss its problem and the reason ,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
