贵阳市城市节水发展及潜力分析

The Development and Potential Analysis of Urban Water-saving of Guiyang

分析了贵阳市20世纪80年代以来的用水情况、节水现状及节水潜力。指出了贵阳市水资源并不丰富,但生活用水量却呈增长之势;万元工业产值取水量虽有下降,但仍存在水费在产品成本中所占比例较小、工业计划用水率偏低、缺乏完整的产品用水定额体系等问题,认为只有全面推行节约用水(节水),建设节水型社会,才能促进全市经济发展及人与自然的和谐共处。提出了实现节水目标的五点对策措施,可为该市的水资源利用和城市供水调配提供参考。

It is analyzed the urban water- use, water- saving status and water- saving potential since 1980s in Guiyang. The study showed that the water resource is not so rich in Guiyang, but the amount of domestic water is increased quickly. Although the industrial water demand is declined which production value is more than ~ 10 000 RMB, there are still some problems and challenges, such as water fee accounts less for the percentage of product cost,low water - use rate of industry, uncompleted quota system of production water consumption, and so on. In order to promote economic development and the harmony between people and nature, it is needed to promote all -round water- saving and build water- saving society. Five countermeasures to reach the water - saving target are put forward, and also provided reference for water resource utilization and allocation of urban water supply of Guiyang.
