摘要
研究了水浴消解-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷的方法。相对于传统的电热板式混合酸消解方法,该方法不仅缩短了前处理的时间、降低了试剂成本,而且还有效地避免了电热板加热不均匀和在消解过程中样品容易飞溅带来的实验误差等;该方法快捷简单、准确度好、灵敏度高,测定结果令人满意。
A way about water bath digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of arsenic in soil was studied. With respect to the traditional electric plate of mixed acid digestion method, this method not only shortened the pre- treatment time,reduced the reagent cost but also effectively avoided uneven heating of the electric heating plate and in the process of sample digestion spatter easily brought about by experimental error. This method is quick, easy, good accuracy, high sensitivity and measured with satisfactory result.
