摘要
目的采用HPLC法研究并建立淡竹叶药材的指纹图谱。方法收集8个产地10批淡竹叶药材,以日当药黄素为参照物;用Hedera C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1%HAc,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长331nm;用聚类分析和相似度计算进行数据分析。结果建立了淡竹叶的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了10个共有指纹峰,方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论方法稳定、可靠、重现性好,为淡竹叶质量评价提供了新的手段和技术方法。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into and establish the fingerprint of Herba Lophatheri with HPLC method. METHOD Ten batches of Herba kophatheri grown in eight different areas were used in the study, with swertiajaponin as the reference. The study was carried out with cluster analysis and similarity calculation with Hedera C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) ; mobile phase: acetonitrile 1% HAc, gradient elution; flow rate at 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength 331 nm. RESULT The HPLC fingerprint was established, with 10 common exponent peaks marked, and the technique was proved to conform to the requirements of fingerprint technology by methodological studies. CONCLUSION This method is stable and reliable with good repeatability, which has provided a new means and technical method for the quality evaluation of Herba Lophatheri.
