嫁接茄子抗黄萎病特性与根际土壤微生物生物量和土壤酶的关系 被引量:13

Relationships Between Grafted Eggplant's Verticillium-Resistance and Rhizospheric Soil Microbial Biomass and Enzyme

摘要 为探讨嫁接茄子抗黄萎病特性与根际土壤生物学活性的关系,本试验以4种砧木品种:刚果茄(S.integriflium)、赤茄(S.sisymbriifolium)、刺茄(S.surattense)和番茄品种辽园多利(Lycopersicon esculontumMill)分别与西安绿茄(S.melongena)进行嫁接,研究嫁接茄子的田间抗黄萎病效果及嫁接茄子根际土壤微生物量和酶活性的变化情况。结果表明:嫁接茄的抗病效果明显。嫁接茄根际土壤微生物生物量碳和氮较CK都有所增加,增幅分别为8.96%~29.53%和2%~26.8%。以辽园多利和刺茄为砧木的嫁接茄根际土壤微生物量碳的增加效果显著;以赤茄为砧木的根际土壤微生物量氮的增加效果比较明显。以辽园多利为砧木的嫁接茄根际土壤过氧化氢酶活性增加效果明显,酶活性比对照提高177.55%,差异达到了显著水平。 The objective of this study was to research the relationship between the verticillium-resistance of grafted eggplants and the rhizospheric soil biological activity. With S. integriflium,S, sisymbriifolium,S, surattense and Lycopersicon esculonturn Mill as stock and S. melongena as scion, the verticillium-resistance of grafted eggplants and its relationships with the variations of soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities in rhizospberie soil were investigated. The results showed that grafted eggplants had an obviously enhanced resistance against verticillium. The microbial biomass carbon of grafted eggplants was higher than that of CK, increasing from 8.96% to 29.53%. And the microbial biomass nitrogen of grafted eggplants was higher than that of CK, increasing from 2 percent to 26.8 percent.The microbial biomass carbon of grafted eggplants with Lycopersicon esculontum Mill and S. surattense as scion increased obviously. The microbial biomass nitrogen of grafted eggplants with S. sisymbriifolium as scion increased obviously. The hydrogen peroxidase activity of grafted eggplants with Lycopersicon esculontum Mill as scion increased by 177.55% comoared with CK.
