摘要
在引信弹道模拟实验机构中,变频电机被用来为弹丸的自转和进动等运动提供动力。在运行过程中由于章动和进动同时存在,机构转动惯量的波动引起电机的运转速度的波动。测试表明,使实验情况更接近实际弹丸飞行状态。为此提出一种闭环控制的方案:使用C8051F330单片机,通过变频电机的速度模拟输出端子得到电机的实时速度,与上位机发送的期望转速进行比较得到修正量,然后将修正量反馈给变频电机,完成反馈控制。
In fuze trajectory simulation experiment mechanism, the variable-frequency motor is used to provide power for rotation and precession of the projectile. Running speed of the motor is fluctuating due to the obvious fluctuation of mechanism's moment of inertia caused by the coexistence of rotation and precession. In view of this problem,a method of closed-loop control is proposed to make the experiment furthest accord to the real fly of the projectile: through speed simulation output, the motor's real-time speed is got by SCM and is compared with the expected speed from upper PC to get the correction value which is then fed back to the motor through the simulation voltage-frequency input.
