E^2PROM保存大量的工作数据，是彩电系统的核心器件。介绍E^2PROM的工作原理、I^2C串行通信过程。分析AT24CXX数据丢失以及物理损坏原因，提出E^2PROM在彩电产品设计与应用中的软、硬件的改善方法，进而保证产品的可靠性。

E^2PROM will store a great quantity of operating data, so is a key device of color TV system. This paper introdues E^2PROM operating principle, series communication of IEc, the causes of data loss and phsical damage of AT24CXX, and propses the software/hardware improvement in the color TV design for the product realibility.
