摘要
介绍ZLX-1200型离子交换塔塔底出液装置中筛板的设计情况及方案。对3套不同方案进行比较,讨论筛板的材料和相应结构参数的取用与校核。同时,对塔底出液装置的改进方向提出看法。
The design proposals of the sieve plate in bottom draining device of the ZLX-1200 ion exchange tower are introduced. Three different proposals are compared. The selection and checking about the material and relevant structural parameters of sieve plate are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of the design, and direction for improving the bottom draining device are presented.
