Review of the Researches of Athletes Mental Toughness

摘要 心理坚韧性是优秀运动员重要的心理素质。文章回顾总结了过去有关运动员心理坚韧性的研究状况,并指出了未来的研究方向。 Mental toughness is an important psychological qualities of athletes. On the basis of the review on recently researches, some suggestions for future work were also made.
