择业是师院学生人生道路的重要抉择,但在此过程中,他们对自己、职业及其周围环境的认识、了解和推理、判断的不准确而产生了偏差。师院学生择业偏差的原因可以归结为内外多种因素,为此,要从认知角度上给予师院学生以心理辅导。
