摘要
对Q195L带钢起皮处的形貌、成分进行了分析,认为形成缺陷的主要原因是夹杂物、夹渣等,应从冶炼、加热、除鳞和轧辊的工作状态等方面解决这个问题。
he shape and component of wrinkling on strip steel of Q195L are analyzed. It is considered that the main cause to form the defect is inclusion and slag inclusion. It should be solved from the fields of smelting, heating, descaling and work state of roller.
