An analysis on environmental benefit and social benefit of developing biological energy

在目前我国经济迅速发展,能源供需日益紧张的局势下,从环境效益和社会效益两方面对发展生物能源进行了综合分析。分析表明,发展生物能源不仅可以减少有害物质和温室气体排放量,增加国土绿化面积,还可以有效利用农业垃圾、固废等;对能源安全、农业结构调整、农民增收、增加就业机会等也有着深远的社会和经济意义。

In the situation of rapid development of economy and increasingly strained energy supply and demand in China, this article analyzes biological energy development from environmental benefit and social benefit comprehensively. We draw a conclusion that developing biology energy can reduce the emission of harmful substance and greenhouse gas, expand the size of greening area and effectively use agricultural trash, waste solid and so on. It is of great social and economic significance to energy security, agricultural structure adjustment, peasant income increase and employment opportunity increase.
