我国高校扩招是有一定基础的,有强大的推动力,但也带来不少矛盾和困难。当前,抓高等教育质量要从高校扩招后的现实出发,要解决扩招后出现的问题和矛盾。开展校际合作办学,是提高高校教育质量,解决扩招后出现的问题和矛盾的重要途径。

The enlargement of the enrollment of our country＇ s higher education institutions are strongly based and well sup- ported. However, it has many problems. Nowadays, to grasp the teaching quality of higher learning should first start from the real- ity of the enlarged enrollment, and solve the problems and contradictions that arise from the enrollment. An important approach is to cooperate in managing schools, raising teaching quality and solving problems and contradictions of widened enrollment.
