摘要 改革开放30年,记录了中国高校教师顺应时代潮流、履行社会责任、推动社会发展的演进历程,也承载了高校教师背负社会责任前行道路的曲折与艰辛。回眸改革开放30年高校教师社会责任的演进历程,高校教师在履行社会责任中面临着众多问题,所以,要完善中国高校教师社会责任的路径选择。这主要包括:树立全面的教师观;正确认识社会责任的无限延展性;推进高校教师管理体制改革;理顺教学科研与社会活动的关系;建立合理的社会监督体系等。 The 30 years of reform and opening up records the evolution process of the university teachers in China adapt to the trend of the times, carry out Social responsibility and promote social development, and also carries the burden of social responsibility of university teachers to move on the road with twists and turns hard. By reviewing the evolution process of social responsibility of university teachers in the last 30 years of reform and opening up, the paper analyses the problems that university teachers have to face in fulfilling their social responsibilities and then puts forward some relative arrangements on resolving these problems which including: establishing a comprehensive view of teachers; making a correct understanding of social responsibility, such as unlimited scalability; promoting reform system of the management of college teachers; straightening out between teaching and research activities and social relationships ;establishing a rational system of social supervision, and so on.
