摘要
大学和谐课堂是课堂教学评价的核心价值所在,也是构建和谐大学的关键。从哲学、美学、现代心理学、教育学等多个角度科学地阐释和谐课堂的含义,突出和谐课堂以学生为本、尊重个性、坚守学术自由等特征,提出构建大学和谐课堂的理性思考:转变教师角色,实践"以学生发展为本"的教育理念;改进教学方法,重在启迪智慧,引领探究;完善评价方式,注重培养学习能力;提升教师素养,构建和谐师生关系。
The harmonious university classroom is the core value of classroom teaching evaluation, and the key to construct harmonious university. This paper explains the meaning of harmonious classroom scientifically from the angle of philosophy, aes- thetics, modem psychology and pedagogy. It highlights some characteristics of harmonious classroom such as student-oriented, re- spect personality and guard securely academic freedom and so on. It puts foreword our rational thinking about constructing har- monious university classroom: changing^teacher's role and implementing the educational idea of "Based on development of stu- dents"; improving teaching methods and paying more attention to enlighten wisdom and leaded exploration; perfecting evaluation mode and laying stress on culturing the ability of learning; promoting the teacher's quality and construct harmonious teacher-student relationship.
