土地流转中的农村金融效应分析

A Rural Financial Effect Analysis on Land Transaction

土地问题是维系国计民生的战略问题,也是"三农"问题的核心。建立灵活、规范的土地流转制度是农村经济发展的客观要求。本文拟通过农村金融对土地流转的效应分析,提出土地流转对农村金融发展影响的三个假设。研究表明,农村金融制度变革应以担保、抵押为突破口。

Land issue is not only a strategy to sustain national economy and the people＇s livelihood, but also the core of agricultural, rural and farmer problem. The establishment of a flexible and standard rural land transaction system is the requirement of economic development. The paper analyzes the rural financial effects on land transac- tion. Morever, it made three assumptions under which land transaction would have effects on rural financial development. The result shows that both guanrantees and mortgages are breakthrough points in rural financial system reform.
