The Industry Development Path of the New Countryside and the Practice of Langxia Town of Jinshan District in Shanghai

从城镇化、三次产业关系以及区域环境三个角度入手,对新农村产业的发展路径进行了分析,并以金山区廊下镇产业发展规划为例,对产业实践模式进行了总结,提出农业型、休闲型、工商型及综合型四种产业实践模式。

With talking about the urbanization, the relations of three industries and the district environment, the article analyzes the development path of the new countryside industry. The article takes the industry planning in Langxia town of Jinshan Dis- trict as an example, and summarizes the industry practice modes of the new countryside in China. Finally it puts forward agriculture type, recreational type, industry and business type and comprehensive type of industry practice modes.
