由于地下空间的自身特点,其内部灾害的防御相当复杂,防灾成为科学合理、安全有效开发利用地下空间的重要课题。从理论角度阐述地下空间内部灾害特点、类型及综合防治,具体以防火为重点,探讨灾害的早期控制系统,指挥和管理系统。以浙江杭州萧山钱江世纪城核心区地下空间防灾概念规划为例,对地下空间内部防灾设计对策进行了研究和探讨。

As a result of subsurface space＇ s own characteristic, the internal disasters＇ defense is quite complex. Therefore, the disasters prevention becomes the important subject of scientific and rational development and safe utilization of the subsurface space. This thesis elaborates subsurface space interior disasters＇ characteristic, the type and the comprehensive prevention from the theory angle. And it concretely discusses the disaster＇ s early time control system, the direction and the management system ,and it takes the core area of Qianjiang century city in Xiaoshan,Hangzhou subsurface space disaster prevention concept planning as the example. Then, it has the research and the discussion to the subsurface space interior disasters＇ prevention planning countermeasure.
