This article analyzes the current housing crisis, the supply and demand condition as well as the way of social housing financing and public subsidization system under the background of the numerous construction of social housing in France. With the evolution of social housing policy, the pattern of public intervention in France has also made the adjustment and improvement, gradually from the public sector to the cooperation between the public and private, then it motivates the personal department to carry on mass production with its strength under the pattern of agreement area development.
