当前,尊重党员主体地位,保障党员民主权利,营造党内民主讨论环境,就必须要建构科学、稳定、完善的党内民主制度,而完善党内民主制度的措施主要有:保障党员民主权利,促进党内民主氛围的形成;改革体制机制,完善党内民主制度;完善党的代表大会制度,促进党内民主。

At present, Chinese people must construct scientific, stable, complete democratic system in the Party to respect the subject position of the Party members, ensure their democratic rights and build up the democratic discussion environment. The main methods of completing the democratic system are. ensuring democratic rights of the Party members, promoting the formation of democratic atmosphere in the Party; reforming system, completing democratic system in the Party; completing convention system of the Party and promoting democracy in the Party.
