This paper analyzes the present problems and causes according to the current ideas ot enterpnse employees, and puts forward work measures accordingly based on the long-term development strategies of enterprises to induct the employees to change conceptions, improve and perfect themselves, thus mobilizing their enthusiasm and creativity fully and making them serve production and society.
