浅谈企业基层党建思想政治工作与生产经营管理的结合

Combination of Ideological and Political Work of the Party's Basic Organization and Producing-operating Management

党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。加强国有企业党建思想政治工作并与生产经营管理相结合,既是企业上级党委的工作要求,也是基层党务工作的目标。企业党建思想政治工作在与生产经营管理结合的过程中,应抓住企业基层领导班子和单位骨干的合力点、找准基层党组织工作的切入点、研究基层党组织工作载体的创新点等三个结合点。

The Party＇s basic organization is the fighting fort for the Party in the basic organization of society, the foundation of all work and fighting force. Strengthening ideological and political work of the Party and combining with production and operation management are the request of higher--level Party committees as well as the goal of the basic organization work of the Party. In the process of the combination of ideological and political work of the Party and production and operation management, the author suggests grasping the composition force point between leader- ships and basic groups, finding the correct cut--in point of basic organization work of the Party, researching the innovative poim of basic organization work of the Party, etc.
