Fund management is an important part of enterprise management and the core of financial management as well. Strengthening fund management, assuring fund supply, reducing the cost of fund, accelerating the turnover of fund, optimizing fund structure and improving the utilization efficiency of fund have become important issues for enterprises. The author suggests completing the financial management system which centers on fund management, consolidating the function of centralized management of finance, improving the efficiency of internal balance, and completing entire budget management system to promote the development and profits of enterprises.
